Listed above is a beautiful natural citrine crystal from the Kitwe region in Zambia Africa. This crystal has beautiful color zones and a slender unique termination. It is a perfect hand sized piece, making it great for meditation, or to add to a display or grid. There are some small chips which are detailed in the photographs; however it takes away little from the beauty of this specimen. Some of the best examples of natural citrine crystals available come from this location. The variety of quartz known as citrine is quite rare be found in nature. Consequently, a large portion of the citrine available on the market is actually heat-treated amethyst. Late 2009 rich yellow, lemon, and honey colored citrine deposits were found in the Kitwe region. The color and clarity of these pieces are truly one of a kind. This makes them perfect pieces for any jeweler or collector. In 2011 the GIA had an opportunity to examine the crystals produced from this region. Lab analysis verified them to be completely natural crystals, and “a great addition to the gem market”. Although much of this material is purchased for faceting, the pristine crystal forms and interesting formations make these excellent pieces for metaphysical purposes. Citrine is an excellent stone to work with in meditation and crystal healing because it is one of the few stones that does not hold negative charge. Like a beam of sunlight, these crystals emanate positive healing energies while remaining grounded and pure.

Is shipping guaranteed to track?
Standard shipping is the most economical method- First Class Mail through the U.S. Postal Service. This does not come with guaranteed tracking to the destination. The package usually scans and updates within the U.S. however, international tracking is not available. It is the buyers responsibility to understand all shipping/customs policies in their country.
We offer many shipping upgrades which include tracking and insurance upon request. Please contact us to customize shipping options (such as signature confirmation and added insurance) or select 'Tracking and Insurance' as an upgrade to Priority mail.

Are there estimated shipping times for First Class Package?
I ship through USPS First Class Mail in order to offer low cost shipping. Unfortunately, this service is highly variable on shipping times, and is inconsistent in tracking international. Typically packages can arrive anywhere from 10-30 business days or longer. Although First Class is my default shipping method I highly recommend upgraded shipping for express shipping times, guaranteed tracking, and insurance.
